Copyright and Responsibility of Posts
  • ① The copyright of posts in the bulletin board and gallery belongs to the poster.
  • ② The poster is responsible for any issues arising from their posts.
  • ③ If a post in the bulletin board or gallery infringes on others' copyrights or programs, the poster will be held civilly and criminally responsible. If the company faces claims or objections from third parties due to such posts, the poster must bear all resulting damages.
Criteria for Deleting Posts
  • ① Posts that cause humiliation, disgust, or displeasure to others.
  • ② Posts that threaten or intimidate others.
  • ③ Posts that continually cause disturbances unrelated to the gallery’s topic.
  • ④ Posts that continually cause disturbances by attaching others' posts without permission.
  • ⑤ Posts Related to Self-Harm and Suicide
    • To protect users' lives and bodies and prevent the spread of suicide-inducing information, the following types of posts, comments, images, videos, audio, links, files, or external service connection information may be deleted, access-blocked, excluded from search, restricted in exposure, rejected for registration, or have usage limited. (In accordance with Article 19, Paragraph 1 of the [Act on the Prevention of Suicide and the Creation of a Culture of Respect for Life], content may be deleted or blocked upon request from relevant authorities.)
    • 1) Posts recruiting suicide companions or inducing meetings, contact, or migration to external channels
    • 2) Posts that specifically share or inquire about methods, means, locations, timing, or preparation processes for self-harm or suicide
    • 3) Posts that induce the act of self-harm or suicide, or contain related documents, photos, videos, audio, links, or files
    • 4) Posts intended for trading, delivering, utilizing, or sharing information about objects harmful to suicide
    • 5) Posts that recommend, coerce, promote, or abet self-harm or suicide to others
    • 6) Posts that glorify, trivialize, or mock self-harm or suicide, or increase the risk of imitation
    • 7) Posts that explicitly show or spread scenes of self-harm, its results, or circumstances before and after a suicide attempt
    • 8) Cases where the above content is posted using slang, initials, images, composites, circumventing expressions, or methods leading to external links or channels
    • 9) Posts requiring emergency measures such as reporting to emergency rescue organizations due to imminent danger to life or body
    • Posts related to suicide prevention, counseling/rescue guidance, requests for help, sharing recovery experiences, discussions on respect for life, public interest reporting, and academic discussions are in principle not restricted. However, if such posts contain specific methods, means, locations, preparation processes for self-harm/suicide, or explicit images/videos with risk of imitation, the relevant portion or the entire post may be restricted.
    • If a post related to self-harm or suicide is deemed to involve imminent danger to life or body, in addition to deleting or blocking the post, a report may be filed or cooperation provided to relevant agencies such as police, fire departments, the Ministry of Health and Welfare, organizations entrusted with monitoring suicide-inducing information, and investigative agencies.
  • ⑥ Posts Containing Illegal, Hateful, Discriminatory, Cruel, or Otherwise Violent or Excessively Stimulating Content Toward Others
    (In accordance with Article 8, Paragraph 2, Subparagraph (f) of the [Deliberation Regulations on Information and Communications], content may be deleted or blocked upon request from relevant authorities.)
  • ⑦ Posts Containing Promotional Links to Other Sites or Advertising Content
  • ⑧ Posts that infringe on copyrights:
    • 1) Posting, distributing, or reproducing materials without the copyright owner's consent.
    • 2) Sharing illegal downloads and serial numbers of copyrighted software.
    • 3) Deliberate disturbance-inducing posts.
  • ⑨ Posts containing obscene content:
    • 1) Posts that induce sexual shame and disgust with obscene content contrary to general sexual norms.
    • 2) Posts depicting genitals, pubic hair, anus, or sexual acts.
    • 3) Posts facilitating prostitution or meetings for sexual purposes.
  • ⑩ Posts with obscene content targeting children and adolescents:
    • 1) Posts producing and distributing child exploitation materials.
    • 2) Posts possessing or distributing child exploitation materials knowingly.
    • 3) Posts objectifying children sexually.
    • 4) Posts facilitating or depicting sexual crimes or prostitution targeting children and adolescents.
    • 5) Posts providing obscene or exploitation materials to children.
    • 6) Posts selling adult tools to children.
    • 7) Posts sexually exploiting representations perceived as children.
    • 8) Other posts related to sexual crimes targeting children and adolescents.
  • ⑪ Posts containing illegal programs or malware.
  • ⑫ Posts spamming meaningless content.
  • ⑬ Posts invading others' privacy.
  • ⑭ Posts defaming others by impersonation or distributing unauthorized personal information (name, ID number, contact details, etc.).
  • ⑮ Posts written in another language.
    • You must write in that language on each language site, and posts written in other languages may be deleted.
  • ※ Posts registering content falling under these deletion criteria may be held civilly and criminally responsible according to relevant laws.
Usage of Report board
  • ① Continuous abusive, spamming, threatening, obscene, or false reports may result in restrictions on using the report board.
  • ② For deleted post reports, you must provide the post's date, title, and author to check; deleted problematic posts judged by the operator cannot be restored.
  • ③ For copyright infringement post deletion requests, please provide the following when you find your intellectual property rights infringed:
    • Proof that you own the intellectual property rights of the material.
    • The exact address of the post believed to infringe copyrights.
    • Your or your agent's name, contact details, and reason for the report, along with a business registration certificate.
  • Consultations are not available via visits or calls; use the report board.
  • Not all reported posts will be deleted.
  • ⓐ Spamming
    • Repeatedly posting the same content across one or multiple galleries.
    • Posting content quickly, disrupting gallery usage.
  • ⓑ Copyright
    • Posts containing copyrighted music, videos, photos, articles, etc.
  • ⓒ Advertising
    • Multi-level marketing, prize distribution, illegal phone/car, adult business advertisements.
  • ⓓ Abusive posts
    • Severe abusive language and defamatory posts based on politics, region, gender, race.
  • ⓔ Posts related to international crimes
    • Posts about drugs, illegal firearms, homemade bomb instructions.
  • ⓕ Spreading false information
    • Defamatory posts spreading false information about individuals, companies, or groups.
  • ⓖ Personal information leakage
    • Posts and web page links exposing others' photos, names, ID numbers, phone numbers.
  • ⓗ Posts infringing rights
    • Posts where the affected party requests deletion with supporting documents due to rights infringement.
